We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing and ambitious business in Newcastle-under-Lyme looking to add a driven Sales Executive to their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and working in a fast-paced supportive environment.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing inbound and warm customer enquiries, understanding client needs, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact through to repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Speaking with prospective customers to understand their requirements
  • Providing service information and tailored solutions
  • Building strong customer relationships and maintaining regular follow-up
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Updating CRM systems accurately and maintaining customer records
  • Working closely with the wider sales and customer service teams to resolve issues in a timely manner

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a sales is essential
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • Motivated by targets and earning commission
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work
  • Must be flexible to work 1 late shift each week (until 8pm) and one Saturday per month

What’s on Offer

  • £27,000 basic salary + commission
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays + birthday off
  • Full-time permanent position based in Newcastle-under-Lyme
  • Onsite parking
  • Hybrid working available but must be local to attend the office when required
