We are currently seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a well-established franchised main dealer in Newton Abbot. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to develop their career within a busy and reputable dealership environment.

Our client is offering a competitive package for the Car Sales Executive position, including a basic salary, attractive OTE potential, and excellent career development prospects.

  • Basic salary of £20,000 per annum
  • On-target earnings of up to £50,000 per year
  • Monday to Saturday working week, with a day off during the week (no Sundays)

Duties of the Sales Executive:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service
  • Present and showcase vehicles effectively to maximise sales opportunities
  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing deals
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Update and manage detailed CRM records for successful follow-up
  • Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team objectives
Requirements of the Sales Executive:
  • Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or in a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Full UK driving licence
