We're currently recruiting for an experienced Internal Sales Manager to lead our clients busy internal sales team from their HQ.

Role Overview: You’ll be responsible for leading and developing the internal sales team to maximise revenue, strengthen customer relationships and deliver on sales targets. This role plays a key part in aligning sales operations with their wider commercial strategy.

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, coach and motivate the internal sales team

Set performance objectives and conduct regular reviews

Manage team workload and priorities

Sales & Business Development

Drive new business and nurture existing accounts

Oversee quotations, pricing and order accuracy

Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities

Customer Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with key clients

Ensure timely handling of enquiries and after-sales support

Resolve escalated issues professionally

Operational & Commercial Support

Monitor pipeline, forecasting and reporting

Ensure CRM data is accurate and insightful

Collaborate with external sales, marketing and operations

Continuous Improvement

Identify process improvements to boost efficiency

Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity

Contribute to strategic planning and commercial initiatives

Strong leadership and people management

Proven B2B sales experience

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in internal sales management or senior sales role

Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding targets
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30
