A well-established and successful manufacturing business in Enfield is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, develop and support its sales function.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused sales leader with experience in a B2B manufacturing environment to join a stable and growing organisation. You'll be responsible for managing an established team, driving sales performance, developing key customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

• Lead, manage and develop a team of 8 sales professionals.
• Drive sales growth whilst maintaining strong profit margins.
• Support and develop relationships with key accounts.
• Monitor market activity and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Oversee sales administration and order fulfilment processes.
• Recruit, coach and develop team members.
• Work closely with senior management on sales strategy and business growth.
• Attend customer meetings, industry events and exhibitions as required.
• Ensure exceptional levels of customer service across the sales function
