Sales Manager – Coventry - £50k
We are looking for an experienced and driven sales person to join our team, covering the Warwickshire area
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused individual with a proven track record in new business development, lead generation and account growth.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in account management and new business development
- Experience generating your own leads and developing new opportunities
- Proven ability to grow existing customer accounts
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, commercially focused and target driven
- Confident managing your own sales pipeline
- Experience within the Facilities Management or Construction sectors would be advantageous, but is not essential
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the West Midlands
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities
- Manage your own leads and sales pipeline
- Build strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify and develop account growth opportunities
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to conversion
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
