We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join the team of a specialist design and manufacturing company based in the Brownhills area.

Role & Responsibilities

• Leading a small sales & marketing team to drive performance
• Measuring and increasing revenue through team activity
• Driving B2B and B2C leads and enquiries
• Developing sales & marketing plans alongside the Directors
• Setting and developing team processes and procedures
• Ensuring that the HubSpot CRM is used to full potential to manage sales pipelines
• Analysis and reporting of sales prospects and results
• Direct involvement in sales activity and large accounts

Requirements:

• Experience of leading a sales and marketing team within and SME business
• Experience within construction, manufacturing or similar industries
• Ability to measure and analyse sales revenue
• Driven to increase team sales revenue and take responsibility for results
