Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Sales Office Quotes & Order Processor to join a growing and well-established team in Thetford. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual with strong experience in the windows and doors industry who is confident working in a fast-paced office environment, managing quotations, processing orders, and delivering accurate and efficient customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process quotations accurately
- Process customer orders in line with specifications and requirements
- Interpret plans, drawings, and schedules
- Communicate with customers and internal teams
- Ensure accuracy across all documentation and data entry
Requirements
- Experience within the windows and doors industry is essential
- Experience using Windows Designer, Business Micros, or similar software
- Good knowledge of the First Degree system
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Excel & Word)
- Experience in quoting and order processing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
