We’ve partnered with an impressive manufacturing business, based in Ireland, in their search for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic sales team.
This is a brand-new role that sits right at the heart of the sales function, providing essential support to a busy team of sales professionals and helping manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
You’ll be the person behind the scenes making sure deadlines are met, actions are followed up and everyone has the information they need to keep projects progressing.

About You

You’ll have experience in a sales support, sales coordination, project coordination or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and confident communicating with sales teams, customers and internal departments
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Naturally proactive and not afraid to chase for updates when needed
- Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities at the same time
- Commercially aware with a good understanding of the sales process
- Tender or proposal coordination experience would be a huge plus

Ideally, you’ll have an interest in textiles, with a textile-related degree such as Textile Design, Fashion or Textile Technology or background being a definite advantage
- A confident and approachable personality who can build strong working relationships
- Someone who takes ownership and follows things through to completion
About the Role
- Supporting the sales team with the day-to-day coordination of projects and opportunities
- Managing projects from initial enquiry through to completion; keeping track of actions, deadlines and project progress
- Proactively chasing the sales team for updates and outstanding information and coordinating information between sales, customers and internal teams
- Supporting tender inputs, proposals and submissions
- Preparing information and documentation for customer meetings
- Making sure customer follow-up actions are completed on time
- Helping move new product ideas from concept through to customer presentation
- Maintaining accurate sales pipeline and project information
- Supporting the sales team with trade shows and occasional client visits
- Acting as the link between customer requirements, the sales team and internal delivery
- Helping introduce and maintain structured ways of working across the sales function
