We're looking for a highly organised Sales Operations Coordinator to support the successful delivery of customer projects and orders.

Working closely with the Sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing together multiple departments, ensuring project orders are coordinated effectively from quotation through to delivery. You'll act as the link between Sales, Purchasing, Design, Production, and Logistics, keeping projects on track and customers informed throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Sales team with the coordination and administration of project orders
  • Managing project timelines and ensuring key milestones are achieved
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Monitoring order progress and proactively resolving issues
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, trackers, and customer records
  • Preparing sales packs, reports, and customer-facing documentation
  • Managing customer requirements and ensuring expectations are met
  • Supporting process improvements and operational efficiencies across the sales function

About You:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Account Coordinator, Order Management, or similar role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
  • Experience within construction, manufacturing, interiors, furniture, fit-out, or other project-led environments would be advantageous
