- Produce regular reports and maintain accurate records across internal systems.
- Ensure all legal, regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
- Capture customer feedback to help drive continuous improvement.
- Support the wider sales team in achieving regional sales targets.
We're looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple property transactions while delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in sales progression, conveyancing, new homes or shared ownership.
- A strong understanding of the mortgage and conveyancing process.
- Knowledge of common barriers to exchange and completion, with the ability to resolve issues proactively.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- A customer-focused, proactive and collaborative approach.
- Confidence working independently while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
