Sales Project Manager – Infrastructure & Major Projects

£65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus and Car allowance 

 Remote with National travel

 

Elevation Recruitment are working with a well-established global cable manufacturer looking for a genuine hunter to drive growth across Data Centres, Grid & Transmission, DNOs, Utilities, Renewables, BESS and major infrastructure projects.

You'll be getting in early, concept, planning, FEED and design stage, building relationships with Developers, Consultants, EPCs, Tier 1 Contractors and Asset Owners long before tender.
Backed by serious manufacturing scale and a global supply chain, you'll be positioning the business as the go-to cable partner before the competition even knows the project exists.

What you'll be doing
  • Building and running a strategic BD plan across Data Centres, Grid Upgrade, Utilities, DNOs, IDNOs, BESS, Renewables and Infrastructure
  • Growing a qualified, multi-million-pound pipeline through proactive market engagement
  • Getting in early enough to influence specifications before tender release
  • Running capture plans for long lead-time opportunities (6–36 months)
  • Mapping stakeholders and building relationships at Director and Executive level
  • Leading bid qualification alongside technical, procurement and commercial teams
  • Keeping CRM and forecasting sharp and accurate
  • Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years' BD experience in UK electrical infrastructure or major projects
  • A track record of winning multi-million-pound project opportunities
  • An established network across Data Centres, Grid, DNOs, Utilities or Infrastructure
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
