What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building and managing strong relationships with architects, main contractors, joinery companies, and door manufacturers
  • Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the Midlands region
  • Promoting a range of high-specification glass products for commercial and residential projects
  • Securing product specifications at early design stages and following through to project completion
  • Delivering compelling presentations and technical product guidance to clients
  • Managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closing
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and pipeline performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within construction, building materials, or architectural products
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
