Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Prepare quotations and support Account Managers with customer requirements.
- Process customer and supplier orders using the CRM system.
- Manage returns and repairs
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain allocated customer accounts
- Support customer meetings and help build strong client relationships.
- Assist with sales administration, reporting and data analysis.
- Ensure accurate record keeping using CRM, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous experience in sales support, sales administration or customer service.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work accurately and provide excellent customer service.
