Sales Support Coordinator

up to £40,000pa d.o.e, 33 days leave, Mon-Thurs 8.30am till 5pm Fri 8.30am till 4pm, Pension, Permanent

Due to continued success and expansion plans, a UK head office location of a global manufacturing brand has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to join them. You will provide key and varied support to an internal and field based sales team:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to both office-based and field sales representatives.
• Coordinate quotations, sales orders, customer information, and sales documentation.
• Act as a central communication point between the sales team, customers, production, and other internal departments.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring customer records and sales activities are accurately recorded.
• Support sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management activities.
• Organise customer meetings, demonstrations, exhibitions, and sales visits.
• Take ownership of proactive outbound sales activity for a designated sub-division of the business, identifying opportunities to generate new enquiries and develop existing customer relationships.
• Follow up quotations and dormant opportunities to maximise conversion rates.
• Build strong working relationships with customers, delivering a professional and responsive service.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, customer communications, and product promotions where required.

We would expect the successful Sales Support Coordinator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of sales process, be an excellent communicator and have a friendly confident manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you have worked within a Sales Coordinator, Sales Executive or Business Development position, from a manufacturing environment.

You will be joining the Corby Head Office of a company that has been established for over 30 years with an enviable reputation in their field of manufacturing. Working directly with the Sales Manager. this role offers variety on a daily basis.
