At JLL, we're looking for a  Scheduler to join our Workplace Management team and help us deliver exceptional facility management services to the clients.

About the Role:

As a Scheduler, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing the end-to-end work order process and coordinating both planned and reactive services. You'll work closely with our engineering teams and supply chain partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end work order management and coordinate all planned and reactive services.
• Accurately record and classify service requests, incidents, and complaints to enable trend analysis.
• Monitor, action, and escalate work orders to achieve agreed service levels while keeping customers informed.
• Procure services from external partners, including purchase order creation and service delivery management.
• Develop expertise in Maximo application, mobile and scheduling systems.
• Handle and resolve customer issues according to established processes.
• Support various contracts, projects, and initiatives as business needs. evolve.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in work order management, scheduling, or mobile resource planning (Facilities Management experience is a plus)
• Proven experience coordinating service delivery in a mobile field force environment, including parts management and subcontract services
• Strong track record working in customer service environments driven by SLAs, performance metrics, and personal targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
