  • Ensure all works comply with NRSWA and Traffic Management Act (TMA) requirements
  • Support operational teams by allocating resources effectively and assisting with planning activities
  • Manage permitting requirements and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Coordinate reactive and emergency works, including 2-hour and 24-hour response activities
  • Act as a key communication link between operational teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Support hub operations by responding to client requests and coordinating urgent works
  • Produce accurate reports and performance data
  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

About You

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual with strong planning and coordination skills. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with a variety of stakeholders, and working in a dynamic operational environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in scheduling, planning, coordination, or operational administration
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working with scheduling, asset management, or operational systems
