Scheduler & Operations Coordinator

We are looking for 2x highly organised Scheduler & Operations Coordinator to help keep a busy engineering operation running efficiently in Redhill.

You will work closely with engineers, contractors, suppliers and customers, ensuring work is booked, scheduled, completed and accurately recorded. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking and thrives in a busy environment where every day brings something different.

Your day could include:

• Scheduling engineers across multiple sites
• Managing incoming client requests and callouts
• Coordinating subcontractors and documentation
• Raising purchase orders and supplier requests
• Producing reports and supporting invoicing
• Updating systems and maintaining accurate records

You will be successful if you:

• Enjoy organising and coordinating people
• Have strong administration experience
• Can prioritise a busy workload
• Communicate confidently with customers and colleagues
• Have excellent attention to detail
