Job Title: Scheme Administrator 

Salary: £12.71 per hour 

Location: Pencric, Stafford 

Hours: 16 hours per week

Contract Type: Part Time / Permanent

Day in the life of a Scheme Administrator 

As a Scheme Administrator, you will develop and maintain the administrative systems in relation to the delivery of support, training, recruitment, management of tenancies and financial systems for Care Plus Working with other members of the Care Plus team and the Group to provide a high quality and cost-effective service which demonstrates value for money.

What we are looking for  

  • GCSE English or equivalent through training and/or experience (Essential)
  • Evidence of delivering our organisation values in a previous role (Essential)
  • Knowledge and understanding of email and internet (Essential)
  • Computer literate, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel (Essential)
  • Builds constructive working relationships characterized by a high level of acceptance, cooperation, and mutual respect (Essential)
  • The ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times (Essential)
  • A commitment to and understanding of good customer service (Essential)
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy (Essential)
  • Analyses practice, systems and processes, policy and procedure against practice and makes suggestions for improvements (Essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Essential)
  • Ability to compose clear and accurate letters and reports (Essential)
  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail (Essential)
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check (Essential)
