We're working with a popular and high-achieving secondary school in Blackpool that is seeking a passionate Science Teacher to join their team on a long-term temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging Science lessons that encourage students to question, explore, and develop a genuine enthusiasm for the subject.



The Opportunity

As a Science Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics within the curriculum
  • Monitor and assess student progress effectively
  • Foster a positive, safe and engaging learning environment
  • Support students of all abilities to achieve their full potential
  • Work collaboratively with an established and successful Science department

Candidate Requirements

To be considered, you should have:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
  • Recent experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • A genuine passion for Science and education
