🎓 About You

• QTS or a recognised UK teaching qualification is desirable
• Experience teaching within a secondary school environment
• Confident delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Experience supporting students with SEN, additional learning needs or challenging behaviour is desirable
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A positive, adaptable and professional approach
• Able to quickly build positive relationships with students and staff
• Reliable and committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
