As a Long-Term Supply Teacher, you'll become an integral member of the school community, delivering engaging lessons while enjoying the flexibility that supply teaching offers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, curriculum-led lessons.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assessing, monitoring and reporting on pupil progress.
  • Managing behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
  • Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
  • Contributing to departmental meetings, parents' evenings and wider school life where required.

We're keen to speak with teachers who have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Passion for inspiring young people to achieve their potential.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
