Smile Education are currently working in partnership with a specialist SEN school in the Erdington area who are looking to recruit reliable and enthusiastic midday support staff to assist with lunchtime supervision and structured activities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and are confident leading games and engaging activities in a supportive school environment.
The Role: You will be supporting during lunchtime by:
  • Supervising pupils during lunch
  • Leading structured games and activities
  • Encouraging positive social interaction
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs
  • Promoting a safe and engaging outdoor/indoor environment
Working Hours:
  • Part time
  • Opportunity for more hours for the right candidate 
This role is ideal for:
  • Teaching Assistants looking for additional hours
  • Sports coaches or activity leaders

  • Individuals with SEN experience
  • Anyone passionate about working with children in a supportive setting
We Are Looking For:
  • A confident and proactive individual
  • Someone comfortable running games and activities
  • Experience working with children (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
  • A positive, patient and energetic approach
