Sen Teacher

Location: Hammersmith & Fulham
Contract: Long-term / approximately 12 months

Year Groups: Year 1 – Year 11

We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a small, specialist school supporting approximately 50 pupils across Year 1 to Year 11.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher who is looking for a stable, long-term position and wants to make a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people with additional needs.

As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and personalised learning experiences, adapting your approach to meet the individual needs of pupils.

You will work across a range of year groups and abilities, creating a supportive classroom environment where every pupil can develop academically, socially and emotionally.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience teaching within an SEN or specialist setting
• Is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs
• Can adapt teaching and learning to individual requirements
• Is reliable, patient and committed to building positive relationships
• Is looking for a long-term opportunity
• Has experience with specialist educational software such as Clicker (desirable, but training can be provided)
• Is UK-based and able to commit to the duration of the placement
• Holds an Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the DBS Update Service
• Can provide the relevant DBS documentation and consent to an Update Service check

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
