Supply Desk are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and committed ASC SEN Teacher to join a friendly and supportive school in the Bushey area from September.
This exciting full-time opportunity is suited to a teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality education and specialist support for pupils with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC). The school is looking for an individual who can create a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment, inspire pupils to achieve their potential, and work collaboratively as part of a dedicated specialist teaching team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored, well-structured lessons, assessing and monitoring individual pupil progress against EHCP targets, and maintaining effective communication with parents, carers, and multi-agency professionals. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the wider school community through involvement in enrichment activities, school events, and extra-curricular clubs.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to students with ASC and special educational needs
• Tracking and reporting students’ progress
• Liaising with parents/carers to deliver reports
• Contribution to extra-curricular activities and after-school clubs
• Cooperation with colleagues in order to deliver the best possible outcomes
Requirements:
• Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
• SEN or mainstream classroom experience with a strong focus on ASC provision
• Passion for the development of learning
• Excellent classroom management and behavior support skills
• Inclusive ethics
• Knowledge/Maintenance/Promotion of safeguarding
