SEN Teaching Assistant in Chatham, Medway

Looking to recruit an enthusiastic Special Needs Teaching Assistant to work with students aged 4 - 19 with Learning Difficulties and Complex Needs.
To start as soon as possible - Monday to Friday (Term time only)
For the role as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant you will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support both in and out of the classroom. You will help students engage with learning, build confidence, develop independence, and achieve their individual goals. As a positive role model, you will contribute to creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment while maintaining high expectations for every learner.
Previous experience supporting children and young people with moderate to complex learning difficulties is desirable. Knowledge of moving and handling practices would also be advantageous, and successful candidates must be willing to support students with personal care where required. Above all, we are looking for individuals who demonstrate patience, resilience, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to supporting students with additional needs.
