We’re looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable Teaching Assistants to join fantastic SEN schools from September on long-term placements, 5 days a week!
If you’re passionate about making a difference and love seeing young people achieve their goals, we want to hear from you!
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:✅ Previous SEN experience OR a background working in support/care roles
✅ Confident supporting children with additional needs
✅ Comfortable providing personal care when required
✅ Patient, nurturing and resilient
✅ Reliable and committed to working Monday–Friday
✅ Someone who genuinely wants to make a positive difference
Supporting pupils with their learning and development
Providing emotional, behavioural and practical support
Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
Supporting with personal care where needed
Getting involved in activities, play and classroom learning
Helping pupils build confidence, independence and life skills
Start: September
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Duration: Long-term
Setting: SEN schools
Experience: SEN or relevant support/care experience essential
