Protocol Education is recruiting full-time SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of Primary Schools and Specialist SEN Settings throughout Ipswich. Whether you already have SEN experience or you're looking to build a career supporting children with additional needs, we'll help you find a role where you can make a genuine impact every single day.
Your day could include:- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Helping children with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language Needs and Complex Learning Difficulties
- Encouraging confidence, independence and positive behaviour
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and therapists
- Creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment
- Celebrating every achievement, no matter how big or small
- Compassionate, patient and resilient
- Positive, proactive and eager to learn
- Confident building relationships with children and young people
- Passionate about supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday

- Psychology or Education Graduate
- Experience supporting children or adults with additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
