What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the strategic development of SEND provision across the school

- Advising teachers on adaptive teaching strategies and inclusive classroom practice
- Collaborating with parents, carers, and external professionals to secure positive outcomes
- Evaluating provision regularly to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate for this Bromley School:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with successful classroom teaching experience
- Holds the National Award for SEN Coordination or is willing to complete it
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of SEND legislation and statutory responsibilities
- Possesses excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Builds productive relationships with staff, families, and external agencies
- Maintains high expectations for achievement, attendance, and inclusion
