The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with Prospect House via the Prospere Learning Trust to recruit dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants for a range of opportunities starting in September.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping them to access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential within an inclusive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support pupils with SEND on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities
• Support pupils' social, emotional and behavioural development
• Adapt learning resources to meet individual needs
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs and external professionals
• Promote a positive and supportive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:
✔ Have experience working with children or young people with SEND
✔ Be patient, caring and adaptable in their approach
✔ Have strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Be committed to promoting inclusion and pupil progress
✔ Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
