Salary: £93 - £110.24 per day (dependent on experience)

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary, and specialist SEN settings across Sandwell and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within supportive school environments where you can make a genuine difference to pupils' learning and development.

The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students in the classroom on a one-to-one and small group basis
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
  • Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
  • Encourage positive behaviour and participation
  • Help create an inclusive learning environment that enables all pupils to achieve their potential

Requirements

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working within a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
  • Experience supporting SEN pupils is desirable but not essential
