Zest Education is proud to be supporting a specialist SEND school in the London Borough of Harrow, catering for pupils aged 7–16 with ASD and SEMH needs. The school is seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to join their team on a full-time contract.

The Role
- Full-time SEND Teacher working with pupils aged 7–16
- Suitable for primary or secondary trained teachers
- Teach small groups with tailored, differentiated learning
- Work closely with therapists, support staff, and the wider SEND team
- Contribute to personalised learning plans and holistic development
- Be part of a caring, multidisciplinary environment
Who We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience with ASD, SEMH, or SEND settings is beneficial but not essential
- A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication skills and a passion for inclusive education
- Someone who thrives in a supportive, community-focused school
Salary
- Outer London Main Pay Scale (M1–M6), dependent on experience
