SEND Teaching Assistant

We are working with a alternative provision in Redbridge who are looking to appoint a behaviour mentor for September.

The school is based in Fairlop and a short walk from the station.

The school has approximately 100 students on role and students have Social Emotional Mental Health challenges and students can sometimes display challenging behaviours.

The school is mainly male based.

This is an excellent school with an amazing established SLT team on hand to help support. Inset day training will be on 2nd September 2026.

Interviews to happen ASAP from next week.

The role:

- Working as a 1:1 behaviour support assistant

- Working hours are 08:20-15:45 daily

- Excellent pay rates

- Opportunity to progress in this role onto a contract or as a behaviour lead

- Strong de-escalation skills required.
