SEND Teaching Assistant
Prospero Teaching
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will provide tailored support to pupils across the school, working on a 1:1 and small-group basis. You will support learning, emotional wellbeing, communication and positive behaviour while working closely with teaching staff and the wider support team.

- Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND
- Confident supporting pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs
- Patient, caring and resilient approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to adapt support to meet individual needs
- Reliable, proactive and committed to inclusive education
