About the Company
Our client is a well-established and growing business operating within a busy service-led environment. They are seeking an organised and proactive Senior Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office and provide administrative support across operations, compliance and finance functions.
This is a varied position offering plenty of responsibility and the opportunity to become a key member of a friendly and supportive team.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced administrator who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly.
You'll support a range of business functions, from office administration and record management to compliance support, invoicing and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business
• Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence
• Maintain accurate records, files and databases
• Support compliance, documentation and reporting processes
• Process invoices and assist with finance administration
• Update spreadsheets, records and management information
• Coordinate office tasks and help keep operations running efficiently
• Carry out administrative checks and maintain accurate logs
• Prepare reports and documentation for management
• Work closely with colleagues across different departments
About You
• Previous experience within an administration or office support role
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working with numbers and administrative processes
• A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider team
Desirable
• Experience within operations, logistics, transport or another fast-paced environment
• Previous exposure to compliance or regulatory administration
