Senior Building Surveyor

An established, multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to join its growing Leeds office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected team with a strong pipeline of work across the commercial, industrial, education, healthcare and public sectors. You'll enjoy a varied role combining both professional services and project work, with the autonomy to manage your own clients while supporting the development of junior surveyors.

• Delivering a broad range of Building Surveying services across multiple sectors
• Carrying out condition surveys, defect diagnosis and technical due diligence
• Preparing schedules of dilapidations and handling landlord and tenant matters
• Managing refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception through to completion
• Producing specifications, tender documentation and contract administration
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting and mentoring graduate and assistant surveyors
• Working closely with senior colleagues to help develop existing client accounts

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
• Previous consultancy experience
• Strong technical knowledge across both professional and project work
• Confident dealing directly with clients and managing your own workload
• Experience administering JCT contracts
• Keen to mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment

• £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
