Senior Building Surveyor

Are you an experienced Senior Building Surveyor looking for your next career move in Central London?

Conrad Consulting is working with a highly respected property and construction consultancy that is looking to strengthen its Building Surveying team with an experienced Senior Building Surveyor.

The successful candidate will join a well-established team delivering a broad range of professional and project-based building surveying services for a diverse client base.

You will be involved in a varied workload covering both technical and professional building surveying, with the opportunity to take responsibility for projects and develop strong client relationships.

Your role is likely to include:

• Building surveys and technical due diligence
• Project management and contract administration
• Preparation of specifications, schedules and tender documentation
• Defect diagnosis and building pathology
• Dilapidations
• Planned maintenance and lifecycle advice
• Refurbishment and alteration projects
• Client liaison and relationship management
• Supporting junior members of the team

You will ideally be MRICS qualified with several years' experience working within a building surveying consultancy.

You should have strong technical and commercial awareness, excellent report-writing skills and the confidence to manage projects and clients from inception through to completion.
