Senior Building Surveyor

The role combines professional building surveying services, project delivery, client management and mentoring responsibilities across commercial property portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Lead dilapidations, technical due diligence and professional surveying instructions
- Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects through to completion
- Act as Contract Administrator, Project Manager and Employer's Agent
- Develop and maintain key client relationships
- Mentor Graduate and Chartered Building Surveyors
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
- MRICS qualified
- Consultancy-based commercial building surveying experience
- Experience delivering dilapidations and technical due diligence instructions
- Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
Salary & Package
- £60,000 - £70,000 basic salary
- Annual bonus of up to 14%
