Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their team.

The main purpose of this Senior Business Development Manager role is to build new relationships with new potential clients and secure long-term contracts.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £60,000 plus uncapped commission depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am -5 pm 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generate new business opportunities nationwide.
•  Identify and secure high-value contracts across commercial, industrial, utilities and construction sectors.
•  Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
•  Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
•  Create and implement your own business development strategy.
•  Attend client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions.
•  Work alongside our operational teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
•  Exceed ambitious sales and growth targets.
•  Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business.

The ideal candidate:

• A proven track record of winning new business 
• A good positive work ethic
• Used to working with senior decision makers 
• Full UK licence
