Description

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve targets.
• Identify and engage with prospective clients to expand the customer base.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and pipeline activity.

Profile

A successful Senior Business Development Manager should have:

• Proven experience in business development within the tech sector.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and dealing with enterprise accounts
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Good understanding of market trends and client needs.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ideally Based in England but will consider candidates from across the UK.

Job Offer

• Base salary of £60,000 to £80,000, dependent on the level of experience.
• On-target earnings (OTE) of £30,000.
• Company car or car allowance.
• Company pension scheme.
