Senior Care Assistant 

£15.15 per hour full time - days and nights (£33,087 per annum)

As a Senior Care Assistant at Welwyn Grange, you will play an essential role in creating a professional, safe and comfortable home for our residents, while delivering the highest quality, person-centred care with Competence, Choice and Compassion.

You will be hands-on and lead by example, taking responsibility for successfully leading a shift and supporting the day-to-day running of the home. You will also play an important role in supporting, motivating and mentoring our team of Care Assistants, helping them to deliver the best possible care.

Every resident is an individual, and you will help ensure they have choice and control over their daily lives, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing in everything you do.

About You

You will be an experienced Senior Care Assistant with a minimum of a Care Certificate, and have the confidence and skills to lead a shift and support others.

You will have:
