Senior Care Coordinator

Ilkeston | £30,250 + Paid On-Call | Full-Time | Permanent

We're recruiting an experienced Senior Care Coordinator to join a growing, award-winning domiciliary care provider in Ilkeston.

Working alongside the Registered Manager, you'll coordinate care services, support the care team, maintain compliance, and help deliver outstanding person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining staff rotas
  • Coordinating care packages and supporting new client admissions
  • Handling rota changes, sickness, holidays and emergency cover
  • Maintaining accurate records and digital care systems
  • Supporting quality, compliance and operational processes
  • Providing guidance and support to care staff
  • Participating in a paid management on-call rota (1 week in 4)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' Health & Social Care experience
  • Previous care coordination and rota planning experience
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Strong IT and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this role.
