Ilkeston | £30,250 + Paid On-Call | Full-Time | Permanent
We're recruiting an experienced Senior Care Coordinator to join a growing, award-winning domiciliary care provider in Ilkeston.
Working alongside the Registered Manager, you'll coordinate care services, support the care team, maintain compliance, and help deliver outstanding person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining staff rotas
- Coordinating care packages and supporting new client admissions
- Handling rota changes, sickness, holidays and emergency cover
- Maintaining accurate records and digital care systems
- Supporting quality, compliance and operational processes
- Providing guidance and support to care staff
- Participating in a paid management on-call rota (1 week in 4)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' Health & Social Care experience
- Previous care coordination and rota planning experience
- Level 3 Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong IT and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
