What you'll be doing:
* Leading and supporting a team of Residential Support Workers to deliver high-quality care
* Building positive relationships with children, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development
* Contributing to the development of the home's culture, routines, and environment from day one
* Assisting with the planning and implementation of personalised care plans
* Promoting a team approach and maintaining a calm, nurturing atmosphere

What you'll bring:
* Experience working in children's residential care or similar settings
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children
* Ability to work flexibly and respond to the needs of children and the team
* A proactive, caring attitude with a focus on positive outcomes

Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications in social care or childcare (e.g. Level 3 or equivalent)
* Valid driver's licence (preferred but not essential)
* Experience in a supervisory or senior role within children's services

Salary: £31,068 - £32,639 plus sleep ins
