Senior Credit Controller

A leading global business is seeking an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join its finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded professional to take ownership of a high-value international ledger with responsibility for driving cash collection, reducing aged debt, and mitigating credit risk across multiple regions.

Your new role

• Manage and collect outstanding debt across a global customer portfolio.
• Reduce aged debt and improve cash flow.
• Resolve invoice queries and account disputes efficiently.
• Monitor customer creditworthiness and minimise credit risk exposure.
• Produce aged debt reports and collection forecasts.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Support process improvements and best practice within the credit function.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a Senior Credit Controller role.
• Strong collections, reconciliation, and credit risk management experience.
• Experience managing large, high-value ledgers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong Excel and ERP system knowledge.
• Experience working in a multinational or global environment is essential.
