Senior Customer Relationship Manager

Chelmsford | £60,000–£65,000 + OTE

We are looking for an established senior care home sales professional with experience of working across multiple homes and a proven track record of driving occupancy, revenue and commercial performance.

This is a senior sales appointment within a large luxury care home, suited to someone who has previously held regional, divisional or multi-site responsibility and is comfortable working at both a strategic and hands-on level.

Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll take ownership of sales performance, using your understanding of revenue, budgets, occupancy, fee levels, pipeline and conversion to identify opportunities, troubleshoot performance and drive continued growth.

You’ll also lead the full CRM function within the home, developing the local market and professional referral network, generating new enquiries, managing pipeline and conversion and supporting families from initial enquiry through to move-in.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Previous regional, divisional or multi-site care home sales experience
• Strong understanding of revenue, budgets, occupancy and commercial performance
• A track record of improving sales performance and driving growth
• Experience working alongside Home Managers and operational leaders
• Strong private-pay sales, pipeline and conversion experience
• The ability to analyse performance and turn this into a clear sales strategy
• Strong EBD, professional referral and community relationship experience
