Senior Design Manager

Senior Design Manager – Freelance 6-12 months initially                                         

This national Tier 1 main contractor has an immediate requirement for Senior Design Managers to work out of their Surrey office on public sector projects which include Education, health and custodial.

Your contract will start immediately, and you will step into the pre-construction process in the office and be involved with the early stages of the projects.

The requirement is for Senior Design Managers with key public sector experience.
You should have worked on schools, universities, prisons or hospitals for recognised construction companies.

You will have taken a project from its conception through pre-construction, to site and delivery.

For this Senior Design Manager role;

• Excellent knowledge and use of BIM level 2 and general digital design aspects of design management.
• Pre-construction and project delivery experience as Design Manager
• 10yrs experience as a Design Manager
• Project experience of over £50m in value – Public sector preferred
• Degree qualified in UK construction
