Diamond Search Recruitment is delighted to be representing our client in the search for a talented Digital Marketing professional to join their established Marketing & Business Development team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established professional services organisation in a varied, hands-on digital marketing role, helping to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences and support wider business development objectives.

There is flexibility to appoint at either Digital Marketing Executive or Senior Digital Marketing Executive level, depending on experience. Senior-level candidates must demonstrate the appropriate depth of experience.

The Role

Working as part of a friendly, collaborative and positive team, you'll take an active role in delivering digital marketing activity across the business. It's a fast-paced environment where people work closely together, share ideas and support one another.

This is very much a hands-on role, offering exposure to a large, established organisation and the opportunity to work with a broad range of internal stakeholders. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Website & SEO: Managing website content, supporting development projects and SEO.

• Work with digital partner agencies to implement agreed SEO recommendations. 

• Social Media: Managing social channels, planning content calendars and creating engaging digital content.

• Video & Content Creation: Producing and editing video, graphics and multimedia content for digital campaigns.

• Email Marketing: Creating, delivering and analysing targeted email marketing campaigns.

• Digital Advertising: Supporting Google, Bing and paid social campaigns, working alongside external agencies.

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitoring performance, analysing results and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and lead generation.

About You

We're looking for a creative, proactive and commercially minded digital marketer who enjoys getting involved, taking ownership and making things happen.

Essential experience and skills:

• Previous digital marketing experience within a professional services environment.

• Experience working within an established, medium-to-large organisation or structured B2B business, with exposure to multiple stakeholders.

• Strong hands-on experience across website management, social media, email marketing, SEO and digital campaigns.

• Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design and video editing.

• Good working knowledge of CMS platforms, Google Analytics, SEO tools and email marketing systems.

• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar tools.

• Confident working with external agencies and internal stakeholders.

• Highly organised, creative and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

For the Senior Digital Marketing Executive appointment, candidates must demonstrate additional senior-level experience, including ownership of digital activity, campaign delivery and the ability to make recommendations that improve marketing performance.

A marketing degree or professional qualification would be preferred.
