Your new role
This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing Employment team. Working alongside experienced employment specialists, you will advise clients on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.Your work will include advising on employment contracts, disciplinary and grievance issues, restructures and redundancies, senior executive exits, discrimination claims, whistleblowing matters and Employment Tribunal proceedings. You will also support corporate transactions by providing employment-related due diligence and advice, while working closely with colleagues across the wider firm.The role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to build strong commercial relationships while developing your technical expertise across a wide range of complex employment matters. You will be encouraged to take ownership of your work and actively contribute to business development and client engagement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with experience gained within a recognised employment practice. You will have strong technical knowledge across a broad range of employment law matters and be confident delivering practical, commercially focused advice to clients.You will possess excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills, alongside the ability to manage matters effectively and build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Experience advising employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters will be highly advantageous. You will be proactive, commercially aware and collaborative in your approach, with a commitment to delivering high levels of client service and contributing positively to team growth and success.
