Senior Event Technican / Production Manager
Location - International Travel, Remote
Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus
Full time permanent role
Our client who is a well known and reputable AV Technoology provider to a major global sporting event. Due to continued success, they are looking for an experienced AV Technician who can lead a team and manage a client.
Duties:
- Set up and test sound, lighting and video equipment
- Liaise with clients
- Manage a team of event technicians
- Carry out pre-event safety checks, troubleshoot and resolve problems with existing systems.
- Operate equipment during events.
- Pack up equipment at a venue ready for storage or transportation.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain AV equipment to ensure it is in optimal condition.
- Work closely with other technical crew members, freelance staff and event organizers.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols during equipment setup and operation
Experience:
- Demonstrable working knowledge and experience in the operation of video, audio and lighting
- An understanding or awareness of relevant Health & Safety requirements is desirable.
- You will be naturally resourceful demonstrating the ability to identify issues and proactively resolve problems.
