Senior Executive Assistant Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Managing complex diaries and scheduling for senior leaders, ensuring priorities are met efficiently to support organisational objectives.
- Arranging high-level meetings, preparing agendas, compiling reports, and accurately documenting minutes to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Acting as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries, maximising logistical efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Handling sensitive correspondence and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Supporting project administration and tracking deadlines to ensure seamless workflow.
- Organising events and external engagements aligned with strategic priorities.
Senior Executive Assistant Rewards
- Competitive salary in the range of £38,000 to £48,000

Senior Executive Assistant Experience Essentials
- Extensive experience providing senior administrative support, ideally supporting C-suite or senior executives.
- Experience supporting in complex, fast-paced environments, preferably within large-scale organisations.
- Exceptional diary management and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
Location
This role is based in a central, accessible area well connected by various transport links. It is a fully office-based position with core hours from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional travel within the UK may be required. The role does not support hybrid working.
